Rights and obligations of the parties with respect to your orders.
Last updated: 18 Haziran 2026
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer identified below, through the iyikurban.com platform, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Seller
The Buyer is the consumer registered with the full name, address, and contact details provided at the time of ordering. The Buyer's details are fixed by the relevant order record and invoice.
The subject matter of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and performance of the Adak/Qurbani share or sacrificial animal ordered electronically by the Buyer through iyikurban.com — together with the associated wakalah/proxy slaughter service — whose specifications and price are set out in the order summary.
The type of sacrificial animal ordered, number of shares, the individuals on whose behalf it is to be slaughtered, the unit and total price, and any additional services are shown in the order summary presented to the Buyer upon order confirmation. All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment: The order amount may be paid by credit/debit card through the iyzico infrastructure, or by bank transfer/EFT. Payments are securely processed through a licensed payment institution's infrastructure.
The slaughter of the animal will be carried out in accordance with Islamic requirements and applicable law, within the scope of the wakalah/proxy mandate granted by the Buyer.
Following the slaughter, the meat is delivered according to the preference indicated by the Buyer at order time: (i) shipped by courier to the address provided by the Buyer with the cold chain maintained; delivery is initiated on the same or the next day following the slaughter and is generally completed within 1–2 business days, with the exact delivery date notified by SMS. (ii) Should the Buyer so prefer, the meat is donated to those in need through the organisation, and a donation certificate is provided to the Buyer.
Pursuant to the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that are by their nature non-returnable or that may rapidly deteriorate or expire, or for services whose performance has commenced with the consumer's consent.
Accordingly, your order is a service performed on a scheduled date by slaughtering a specific animal in line with the intention and proxy (vekâlet) details you provide, resulting in the delivery of perishable meat. For this reason, once the slaughter has begun with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (Regulation Art. 15/b, c and h).
You retain the right to cancel your order before the slaughter is performed; in that case, any confirmed payment is refunded using the original payment method within fourteen (14) days at the latest from our receipt of your cancellation request. Your explicit consent to the slaughter date and to the lapse of the right of withdrawal once the slaughter begins is obtained at the order stage.
For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent, within the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
The Buyer declares that they have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that by confirming the order they accept it electronically. The Agreement enters into force on the date the order is confirmed.
