The subject of this form is informing you about the qualities and sale terms of the products/services in your cart (sacrificial-animal proxy and related services).
The name, quantity and unit price of the ordered products and the total amount including taxes are shown in the order summary at the payment step. Any extra delivery/shipping cost is also stated on the same screen.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card via iyzico secure payment infrastructure (3D Secure) or by bank transfer/EFT. Your card details are not stored by iyikurban.
The sacrifice you authorize and the delivery/donation of the meat are carried out according to your chosen delivery method (delivery to address or donation via an institution). You can follow the process from the My Orders page.
By its nature, once the sacrifice is performed the product cannot be returned and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. If the sacrifice has not yet been performed you may request cancellation; confirmed payments are refunded where applicable.
You may contact the seller for complaints and objections. In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the relevant monetary limits.
